Waves floor

Last 3 months I have problem with waviest floor. My Lagler Hummel is 3 years old.
I changed all wheels and drum, but still not good. Any idea what could be wrong?

Could be something as simple as dust build up on the fan, brushes in the motor, even a bad spot in a power cable.
