No thanks. I have been asked to run for city council, but the B.S. stinks too much for me.
I'm beginning to think it's really because you don't want your old and forgotten dirty laundry to get exposed while campaigning.

Took my last final of the semester today. Ended my first semester with a 4.0 GPA. Some of us old people aren't dumb, after all.

Went fishing, got sunburned. I caught a couple bass, my wife caught a couple catfish. We were at a huge conservation area and no one else was there. The drought is so bad, most of the place has dried up.

I watched my grandson's last soccer game of the year. Very bittersweet, but all things must pass, until next year.
Repaired my weed wacker, mowed my lawn, and then leveled off 5 yards of black dirt I brought in on Friday in my garden and around my house. Then took the wife to the grocery store as she hasn't been cleared to drive yet from the pneumonia. Sewed up my favorite tenny shoes. Tomorrow it is plant the garden, fertilize my lawn, repair the daughters mower, she broke the pull rope, and kill the dandelions at her house. If time find out why my table saw won't run.

Out decorating graves today. My mother, father and two of my brothers.
I'm also headed to the grave sites today to do the same.
