So I was trying to post this in The General Professional Form but it seems I am locked out or something is wrong.
Asking for help with those jerks at Yelp form my flooring buddies. Seems like anyone can post crap about your business on Yelp, Google and other websites and getting it taken down is like pulling teeth. I am very freaked out about it. I am asking if any of you will go on there and post beautiful things about me. LOL

Or tell her she is full of it as you can reply to her review. But funny thing is Yelp Will not let me reply. Nor will they let me post a rebuttal. I see a post of mine as a rebuttal but it says it is not showing. Can anyone see it? Crooks they are. The link to my page is down below in my story.

Her is the story, grab some coffee or a beer....

Didn't do shyt today but mess around on the confuser fighting with F'ing Yelp. Crazy story.....My single crazy female neighbor put up a baloney post about my business on my Yelp page. Long story but I was one of a few people who filed a complaint with our HOA about her business dealings with having an airbnb like right across the street from me. It's not allowed to even rent to a neighbor. Lots of strangers in and out all times of the day and night.
Then she drags in a 40 ft sea worthy shipping container - not allowed even by county code. Says its full of her military stuff she has to go through from military. All lies as she turns the inside into a livable space for more airbnb. Finally got the county to take her to court and demand the container goes. Airbnb shut down. She almost bankrupted our HOA as they are stupid idiots and hired lawyers. Most HOA's woulda had her a$$ in a sling.

So now she has resorted to harrassment on my Yelp page. I put in a Quickstep Laminate for the ORIGIONAL owner 12 years ago who eventually lost it to the bank. House sat abandoned for three years until she slithers in and somehow squatted in it. Says when she pulled up the laminate there was roots under the vapor barrier, posted pics this time ( I had a similar one taken down by Yelp last year) so somehow she re-does her profile and posts it again last week. And on Google.
Her claim is I didn't seal the doorway and this caused a leak where the roots got in and let the tree roots grow.....tree outside the room. Like it rains enough to grow tree roots under a floor. The house must have a leak under the slab or sumpin is my guess. The house was abandoned and in court with the county she was crying she didn't know county code (or CC&R's) and that she fixed the house up blah blah blah....the roof was leaking everywhere. But not in the room with the laminate I guess.
A leak of that magnitude in the door would have ruined the laminate in a heart beat. I never had any call from the original neighbor. Check out the pics LOL https://www.yelp.com/biz/top-floor-installation-co-tucson-2 Her name is Irene S. S is for Spear Irene Spear. Scroll down to read her review.

So ever try an get anything taken down with Yelp? They are assholes. I have had numerous legitimate reviews from customers taken down by their "software program" which I think is a scam to try and milk you for money to sign up and pay to play. Guess me and the wife are going to sue the Biach for harassment and character assassination. Even the retired General who lives next door to me freaked out about how she won't follow rules. And we have a very mild HOA that does not get on you for weeds or not painting your mailbox ect ect. But this is a crazy woman. I had to call the sheriff to run her off my property because she kept coming over and cutting down my desert foliage.

    Please help!! :waiting:

Jon, apparently anyone can go on yelp and post a fake review, even you.
The only reason i saw it was a lady i had done a replacement quote for a hacked box store install texted me after she got a full replacement from the box store (she was getting the ole run around....installer glued the weird trim to the floor and i told her to file a claim with the AZ registrar of contractors ....emailed and wanted to give me a good review. I said do it in my Yelp page ir Google . So i looked and crazy woman had just reposted her same review as a year before. The good review got taken down immediately! But the crazy lady review is still up. Figure that out.
Yelp needs to be sued class action style because they do this to everyone. Yelp basically steals your online business profile online and holds you business hostage!

I believe you need to pay a premium in order to rebut any comments. That really blows!

One good reason never to buy property in a homeowners association controlled local.
Flag can only be this big.
Flag can only be displayed on these dates.
Grass must be no higher than this tall.
You need HOA permission to paint the house a specific color.
Cars must be parked in the garage at night.
No motor homes, travel trailers, boats or extra cars stored on property.
    No dogs.
No garage sales except on certain dates.
No fun, no how, no place.
...and get that driveway swept by the 15th or you have to leave.
.......oh yes and there are two dandelions by the gate that need to be removed my the 15th also.
...and don't even think of using chemicals or pesticides.
    ......and don't use Yelp.

Nope not that bad because it's not a track home type HOA like that. Everyone has a half acre to three acres. We pay 70 bucks a year. Some are that much or more a month.
Those HOA's would have your ass for some of those .

If you buy a house in an HOA community, when you sign all the mortgage all the other papers you get a copy of the CC&R's with the by laws.

The HOA rules are usually more stringent thsn county zoning ordinances . She failed both. Never even got a permit for anything.

Wow thanks guys! I cannot see your post yet Nick, saw Randy's post. If you scroll down further where it says Page one you can see faint text that says "Four other reviews that are not recommended". Thats where they trash any reviews the software program deems to be fake. I see some of mine, but not Nicks. Not sure how Yelp's software program figures out if its a real review or fake. But I think if you review places online it can tell, I dunno. Its bullcrap.
Anyone can find a business and throw up a review, even if you don't go on there and make a profile. I made the mistake of buying into them for a year during the economic crash, wish I hadn't now.

Now that's what I call friends covering your back. Thanks again everyone! ;)

Maybe up in Coos Bay if there was a leaky sliding glass door ya might get roots like that. But here in the desert that's impossible. Notice there's no pic of an unsealed door. Did the roots come from the door area? If they did surely she would have posted a pic of that. I always run silicone around the inside of any exterior door. Besides even if I didn't .....a 12 year old installation and abandoned house with a leaky roof and I'm responsible? Baloney.
