Every time I am off my computer for an hour or so, My icons have moved all over. Any way to stop it?

It has been a issue with windows since Vista Floorist . MS never put out a fix .
You can try this and let me know if it does the trick for you .. Create a sys restore point first:
Check start - run - paste in regedit . go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER ,
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\clsid\ Delete this file ..
