My wife is really into it and she'll stretch me out on her yoga mats and I go to her once in a great while to a class. It's not easy but I always feel great during and afterward. Some positions are too rough on my knees or back.
I'm the opposite of limber. So I know it's really good for me. Most of the classes I've been to the instructor will come around and twist and press you into the right pose and help you stretch. I'm not much good at it and really don't like to do it unless they are pushing and pressing on me to aid the stretch. I've never been to a chiropractor but I think it's the same sort of rot.
Another expensive hobby unless you're to the point where you don't need an instructor.
