Some kind of wrapped meatloaf with shredded beef, cheese and some other secret ingredients.... Then a little more cheese on top. Yum. 👍
I try to avoid repeats and stair stepping so as to keep the food coming. 😁

I’ve had the frozen ones and they aren’t even close to the real deal. They have a White Castle in Scottsdale but I never went there because it just didn’t seem right so I held out for one day when I made it to a crappy location outside of Detroit.

They had them all over Kansas City at one time, but they suddenly closed all of them. I think the closest to me is St Louis, 240 miles one way. There are about 20 of them in the St Louis area.

We have Burger King, Wendy's and McDs less than 3 blocks from one another. White Castle is in the frozen section at Fred Meyers. I've never had the nerves to buy a frozen burger.

Well, here's the last supper. 😭
I've been off and on this job for a month. The customers understand that measuring is my main job and that comes first. These people are very very, very understanding when I take a week or two off to do measuring.
I just have a few pieces of rubber
base to install plus some minor cleanup, then I'm done. This is like the 4th time I've had steelhead. Yes, green beans with diced sausage, avocado, papaya and a cold one.
Ice cream again.
I'm assuming everyone has customers like this?

$35. They have been so nice, so patient, putting up with the slow progress of this work. Price was never even brought up. 16 boxes of planks is going to be about $3200. .....There's probably $400 in materials. Lots more here than dropping in planks. They've enjoyed the project as much as I have. It's a one of a kind relationship.

Have them my final bill and he wrote out a check, then handed me 3, $100 bills. I think they're happy.
....I know I am.
I fit the planks directly against the carpet metal. Less of a tripping hazard. I just beveled each plank so they'd fit tight. Bit of a pain, but it worked out nice.
Last of my big jobs.
