Don't you dare get 8 , I worked on a few . It has more bugs in it then a mex. Mattress. You can call dell , or gateway ,they will still make you one with 7 if you are looking for a new rig .

Here is exactly what displays after it locks up.

re-read my instructions.

Double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply

You're not saving it as a BSOD file . If it looks the same as the last posts you are still doing something wrong.

Is this what you are looking for?

This one is correct but we only have one BSOD (caused by WLAN driver) so it's not definitive.

But....can you connect your laptop to the router through ethernet cable and see if there is same issue with uTube?

before the drivers , how good is the wireless signal ?? Is there a portable base
phone right next to it ?
When it comes to wireless , all rules can be broken !!

Did one a few weeks ago , took me a week to figure it out . router on top of fridge , everytime it kicked on , issues .

Moved the router and everything fine , I recall sometimes just turning a router a little made a world of diff .

If that don't work, In that case I suggest you reinstall wireless driver.
You do have a system recovery disk i hope .

Sorry for the delay , I was up till 5 this morning fixing computers.

No recovery disc right now. The router is two rooms away, and I have 3 out of 4 bars on the strength. Let me sit in the room with the router and see if I can get it to lock up while in there.
